A Training Coordinator Is Needed for UNODC In Egypt , For 12 working days during January 2017 With 8,000 EGP Payment


Description of the assignment: Training Coordinator to provide coordination services for the workshops and training courses holding under EGYX49 Project.

Project names:EGYX49- Supporting Measures to Combat Corruption and Money Laundering, and to Foster Asset Recovery, in Egypt

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 12 working days during January 2017.

Duty Station:Cairo,


Under the overall guidance of the Regional Representative and direct supervision of the AntiCorruption National Project Officer at UNODC Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa in Cairo, the Training Coordinator shall provide all forms of administrative, and logistical assistance in the execution of EGYX49 training courses and workshops, ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work. The training coordinator is expected to work 12 days to deliver training courses and workshops during January 2017.

The Training Coordinator will accordingly perform the following tasks in relation to this number of days:

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Organizing workshops and training events, as per the demand:  Arranging the logistics (accommodation, plane tickets, transportation in the country etc) for the trainer/s, if needed  Organizing the logistics of the training event: venue,registrations, accommodation, meals, travel, etc., as per needed;  Identify and liaise appropriate suppliers for the workshops and training courses 2. Prepare the programme meetings, write up the minutes; 3. File and maintain correspondences(letters, fax, e-mail), reports and all documents related to programme implementation; 4. Implement the existing filling system adopted by the office and ensure that every programme document is retrieved easily; 5. Draft, type and print letters as requested; 6. Prepare all documentation needed after each event (Reports, Participant list, Evaluation forms); 7. Attend all training courses and workshops, and monitor the UNODC external assets; 8. Perform translations of the project documents, whenever requested by the National Project Officer; 9. Provide relevant materials related to the project to the newsletter developer; 10. Assist in the collection of the counterparts training needs; 11. Assist the National Project Officer in the timely preparation of relevant papers and documents for meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences, and in the finalization of related reports; 12. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the National Project Officer.


I. Academic Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Law, Political Science or a related field.

II. Years of experience: Minimum 2 years in the field of providing administrative assistance in organizing training courses and workshops, preferably with international Organizations.

III. Competencies:
